Founder & CEO

Ana Robbins is a charismatic social entrepreneur who started Jewish Kids Groups (JKG) as a way to engage Jewish youth during the school year outside of the traditional Sunday school and Hebrew school models.

Robbins is a Mandel Senior Educator Fellow, has participated in multiple leadership programs, was awarded the prestigious Schusterman Foundation ROI recognition, and was selected as UpStart Entrepreneur for her cutting-edge work in Jewish education.

Under Robbins’ leadership, JKG was named one of North America’s most innovative Jewish organizations in the Tenth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Annual Slingshot Guide (2014-2017), was selected for the Upstart National Accelerator (2015), Project Accelerate (2017-2019), and Onboard (2020).

Robbins earned an MS in Education Instructional Design and Technology from Georgia State University and BA in Jewish Studies and Middle Eastern Studies (with a minor in Hebrew) from Emory University. In addition to her work in Jewish education, Ana loves to cook, travel, and compete in ultra-marathon races.
