2024-2025 Registration Fees

Upon enrollment, families will pay a non-refundable registration fee for each student.

  • March 6 - March 19: $50 (Open to current JKG families only)

  • March 20 - May 31: $75

  • June 1 - June 30: $100

  • July 1 onward: $125

2024-2025 Program Fees

JKG families pay tuition monthly over 10 months (from August - May) via credit/debit card or checking/savings account automatic payments.

JKG Afternoon Community Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months)

  • 1 Day/Week: $275/month (includes $10/month security fee)

  • 2 Days/Week: $510/month (includes $20/month security fee)

  • 3 Days/Week: $590/month (includes $30/month security fee)

  • 4 Days/Week: $660/month (includes $40/month security fee)

  • 5 Days/Week: $710/month (includes $50/month security fee)

JKG Afternoon Community Transportation Fees - Optional (Over 10 Months)

  • 1 Day/Week: $36/month 

  • 2 Days/Week: $71/month

  • 3 Days/Week: $105/month 

  • 4 Days/Week: $140/month 

  • 5 Days/Week: $174/month

B Mitzvah Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months)

  • First Year: $285/month (includes security fee and all program fees)

  • Second Year: $315/month (includes security fee, all program fees, and ceremony fee)

Teen Leadership Academy Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months)

  • $120/month (includes security fee and all program fees)

School’s Out Camp (Per Day)

  • $88/day (includes security fee and all program fees)

Payment Schedule

  • Families are automatically billed for JKG on a monthly basis for ten months. Payment is auto-charged on the first day of each month from August 1st through May 1st.

  • Charges apply to the upcoming month of service. For example, your September 1st bill covers September 1st-30th.

  • If your child joins JKG in the middle of the school year, we will prorate their tuition accordingly to reflect when your child enrolled.

Tuition Payment Methods

  • Auto-withdrawals from checking or savings account (no additional fee)

  • Auto-withdrawals from credit card or debit card (3% transaction fee)

Refunds & Credits

B Mitzvah and Teen Leadership Academy

  • JKG does not provide refunds or credit for absences, late arrivals, or early pick-up of students.

Afternoon Community

  • JKG does not provide refunds or credit for absences, late arrivals, or early pick-up of students. However, you may schedule a make-up day for your child with your Program Director.

  • For Jewish holiday closures:

    • We request that you work with your Program Director to schedule a make-up days for your child.

    • If make-up days are not possible, you may request a credit towards your next month’s invoice for the days that JKG is closed. JKG prorates each holiday closure at $35/day, or $45/day if your child receives transportation.

    • If your child receives tuition assistance, the prorated amount per day will take your tuition assistance percentage into account. For example, if you receive 25% off of your regular JKG tuition, the prorated amount will be subtracted by 25%.

School’s Out Camp

JKG Camp is 100% non-refundable. JKG does not provide refunds for camp cancellations for any reason. In order to receive credit on your account from a camp day cancellation, please read our cancellation policy below:

  • We require that you provide at least one week’s (7 days) notice of cancellation in order to receive 100% credit back to your account.

  • If you provide 4-6 days notice, you will receive 50% credit back to your account.

  • If you provide less than 4 days notice, you will not receive any credit.

Withdrawal from Program

Please provide notice at least two weeks in advance of withdrawing your child from any JKG program. Regular monthly charges will apply to families who do not provide two weeks of prior notice.

Drop-In Days - JKG Afternoon Community

With at least 24 hours notice, registered Afternoon Community students can “drop into JKG” at the location they typically attend on a day, they are not usually scheduled to attend. Your account on file will be charged $35/day. If your drop-in attendance requires transportation from your child's school, you will be charged an additional $10/day. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to your JKG Afternoon Community director if you need a drop-in day with or without transportation. 

Note: Transportation is not always available for drop-in days.

Changing Your Afternoon Community Schedule

Please email your JKG Afternoon Community director if you would like to add or remove days from your child’s weekly Afternoon schedule. Changes will impact your billing as follows:

  • Adding days: Families who add an Afternoon Community day to their schedule will be charged $35/day (plus optional $10/day for transportation) for the additional day through the end of the month the change occurred. Following that month, your billing will change to the new monthly rate on the first of the next month. 

  • Dropping days: Unless we receive notice two weeks prior to the change, families who drop an Afternoon Community day from their schedule will be charged their same monthly rate through the month the change occurs. Following that month, your billing will change to the new monthly rate on the first of the next month. 

Late Pickup Fees

JKG Afternoon Community ends at 6:00pm Mondays-Thursdays and 5:00pm on Fridays. Beginning at 6:05pm (Monday-Thursday) and 5:05pm (Friday), a late fee of $10 per family will be charged to your account. JKG charges an additional $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.

JKG B Mitzvah and Teen Leadership Academy ends at 12:00pm. Beginning at 12:10pm, a late fee of $10 per family will be charged to your account. JKG charges an additional $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.
