2026-2027 Registration Fees

Upon enrollment, families will pay a non-refundable registration fee for each student. The fee amount is based on the date the fee is paid, as outlined below:

  • March 4 - March 17: $50 (Open to current JKG families only)

  • March 18 - April 30: $75

  • May 1 - May 31: $100

  • June 1 onward: $125

2026-2027 Program Fees

JKG families pay tuition monthly over 10 months (from August - May) via credit/debit card or checking/savings account automatic payments.

JKG Afternoon Community Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months) - Includes all program fees and security fees.

  • 1 Day/Week: $285/month

  • 2 Days/Week: $530/month

  • 3 Days/Week: $620/month

  • 4 Days/Week: $685/month

  • 5 Days/Week: $740/month

JKG Afternoon Community Transportation Fees - Optional (Over 10 Months)

  • 1 Day/Week: $37/month 

  • 2 Days/Week: $74/month

  • 3 Days/Week: $110/month 

  • 4 Days/Week: $146/month 

  • 5 Days/Week: $182/month

B Mitzvah Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months)

  • First Year: $310/month (includes security fee and all program fees)

  • Second Year: $365/month (includes security fee, all program fees, and ceremony fee)

Teen Leadership Academy Tuition Fees (Over 10 Months)

  • $150/month (includes security fee and all program fees)

School’s Out Camp (Per Day)

  • $90/day (includes security fee and all program fees)

Payment Schedule

  •  JKG tuition is a yearly fee that is spread out evenly over ten months. Families are automatically billed for JKG on a monthly basis. Payment is auto-charged on the first day of each month from August 1st through May 1st.

  • Charges apply to the upcoming month of service. For example, your September 1st bill covers September 1st-30th.

  • If your child joins JKG in the middle of the school year, tuition will be prorated accordingly based on your child’s start date.

  • When you reserve a School’s Out Camp day, the charge will be added to your next monthly invoice and automatically processed on the first of the following month.

Tuition Payment Methods

  • Auto-withdrawals from checking or savings account (no additional fee)

  • Auto-charges to credit card or debit card (3% transaction fee)

Refunds & Credits

B Mitzvah and Teen Leadership Academy

  • JKG does not provide refunds or credit for absences, late arrivals, or early pick-up of students.

Afternoon Community

  • JKG does not provide refunds or credit for absences, late arrivals, program closures (holidays, severe weather, etc.), or early pick-up of students. However, you may schedule a make-up day for your child with your Program Director.

School’s Out Camp

JKG Camp is 100% non-refundable. JKG does not provide refunds for camp cancellations for any reason. In order to receive credit on your account from a camp day cancellation, please read our cancellation policy below:

  • We require that you provide at least one week’s (7 days) notice of cancellation in order to receive 100% credit back to your account.

  • If you provide 4-6 days notice, you will receive 50% credit back to your account.

  • If you provide less than 4 days notice, you will not receive any credit.

Withdrawal from Program

Please provide notice at least two weeks in advance of withdrawing your child from any JKG program. Regular monthly charges will apply to families who do not provide two weeks of prior notice.

Late Pickup Fees

JKG Afternoon Community ends at 6:00pm Mondays-Thursdays and 5:00pm on Fridays. Beginning at 6:05pm (Monday-Thursday) and 5:05pm (Friday), a late fee of $10 per family will be automatically charged to your account. JKG charges an additional $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.

JKG School’s Out Camp ends at 5:00pm. Beginning at 5:05pm, a late fee of $10 per family will be automatically charged to your account. JKG charges and additional $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.

JKG B Mitzvah and Teen Leadership Academy both end at 12:00pm. Beginning at 12:10pm, a late fee of $10 per family will be automatically charged to your account. JKG charges an additional $5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.

Changing Your Afternoon Community Schedule

To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for your child, families are asked to commit to their selected Afternoon Community days in advance. This allows us to plan transportation, staffing, and resources effectively. Spaces in JKG Afternoon Community are available on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the days and schedule you select on the Student Information Form in your JKG Parent Portal. See below for details about adding or reducing days. Please always reach out to your Program Director to see if your request can be accommodated.

Adding Days

We love having students with us more often! Families may request to add days to their child’s schedule at any time, based on space availability.

If days are added after a monthly invoice has already been issued, any additional days for that month will be billed at JKG’s drop-in rate of $35 per day (plus an optional $10 per day for transportation). Beginning the following month, your monthly tuition will automatically update to reflect the new schedule starting on the 1st of the month.

Reducing Days:

If your family needs to reduce the number of days in your child’s schedule, we ask for advance notice so we can plan accordingly, as follows:

  • Before the School Year Begins: We require families to finalize their child’s JKG schedule by July 1. Schedule changes made after July 1 and before the start of the school year may incur a $100 change fee per child, as staffing and planning are already underway.

  • During the School Year (September and Beyond): After the school year begins, families may reduce days by providing at least two weeks’ notice. If notice is not given, the original monthly tuition will remain in effect for that month, and the updated reduced rate will begin on the first day of the following month.

    • For example: If you would like to reduce days starting October 1, we must receive your request by September 15. If we receive notice after September 15, your current tuition rate will remain in place for October, and the reduced rate will begin on November 1.

Drop-In Days

Registered Afternoon Community students can “drop into JKG” on a day they are not usually scheduled to attend, when space permits, at the rate of $35 per day. If your drop in requires transportation from your child's school, you will be charged an additional $10 per day.

Please provide 24 hours notice to your JKG Program Director to request a drop-in day with or without transportation. (Please note that transportation is not always available for drop-in days.)
