We design ridiculously cool programming and have a blast doing it. We foster creativity and entrepreneurship at every level. We go above, under, around and through any roadblocks, obsessively focused on impact and growth.

We are cultivating role models, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly. What our students think of as their “cool counselors” are in fact the next generation of leaders in the Jewish commuinty. So we find them. Invest in them. Train them. Push them. And promote them.
