Sivan Eyal

People & Projects Coordinator

Sivan serves as JKG’s People & Projects Coordinator, supporting the full employee experience – from recruitment and onboarding to HR operations. She partners across the JKG team to strengthen hiring practices, streamline and support day-to-day administrative and operational needs, and ensure staff have the tools they need to succeed. Sivan also leads special projects, coordinates internal events, and oversees facility support. Sivan brings a deep organizational knowledge to her role, having spent four years as Director of JKG’s Sandy Springs Afternoon Community.

Born and raised in Israel, Sivan developed her passion for education while working as a summer camp instructor – planning engaging activities and forming meaningful connections with children. After serving in the IDF, she graduated from Ariel University with a degree in Behavioral Sciences and built a successful HR career leading full-cycle recruitment and operations at DHL Israel.

Outside of JKG, Sivan enjoys family time with her three children, photography, traveling, and practicing yoga to stay balanced and energized.
