Amanda and I are excited to work with y’all to continue to explore an opportunity for the MJCCA and JKG to collaborate. Per our last meeting, we have drafted a straw-man communication/buy-in timeline. This is our first shot and we want your input.
Please provide feedback on this working draft by 10am Friday, September 30. Please make additions/comments/suggestions/edits about content/sequencing/or anything else right on the document (this way we will all be able to see each others feedback in real-time). We have put “?” in places where we especially want your input.
The stakeholders listed are people who our group identified during the meeting, plus a few others Amanda and I came up with. You may notice that several of the steps are sequenced in relation to the meeting with Rabbi Heller. Our instinct was that it makes the most sense for that conversation to take place first (as both JKG and the MJCCA have relationships with Rabbi Heller) and the other ones would then follow by phone or in person, depending on the stakeholder. There are a few funder meetings/conversations whose timing isn’t dependent on the Heller conversation, as indicated below.
Should it turn out that the feedback is relatively simple and doesn’t require additional conversation, we can cancel the call on October 5. If it turns out that the input requires additional discussion, then we’ll proceed with the 9am phone conversation on October 5th. Please hold the date.
