Spring is such an exciting time of year at JKG with lots of holidays to celebrate! This week we finished up the last of our Purim festivities with a giant mishloach manot (gift basket) exchange between students. We also began our Pesach (Passover) lessons. We are starting to teach the Exodus story and learning songs for the JKG Singing Seder on March 26th. Here's what we've been up to lately:
JKG students open their mishloach manot.
We were crazy for costumes this week!
Breaking News! JKG has been ravaged by some pretty adorable plagues. One young broadcaster tries to narrate the mayhem.
Sam was a super special guest this week! We're working on learning Dayenu and Mah Nishtanah for the Singing Seder.
Check back with us next week as we explore more Passover traditions--and let us know if there are any you'd like to see included!
