חג שמח, everyone! We have had so much fun celebrating Purim together! Our students have been acting out the story of our hero Esther, preparing mishloach manot for friends and family, and making the BIGGEST gragers in JKG history!
A fun twist on an old recipe: rocky road hamantaschen! You can make your own at home by using a chocolate dough and filling the cookie with marshmallow, chocolate chunks, and almond.
Go big or go home! JKG students making rainstick-inspired gragers to use whenever they hear the villain Haman's name.
The JKG chefs were very busy making treats to put in their mishloach manot (Purim gift baskets). The baskets are given out to make sure everyone in your community has enough treats to celebrate this joyous holiday.
Getting balmy! Students made their own self-care salve and decorated the tins for their mishloach manot.
